How often can I join a challenge?

As many times as you want! Each time you take part in a challenge and connect with your peers, you’ll gain new insights. This will boost your knowledge, strength, and motivation to continue living a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Which results can I expect?

Your results are in your hands. We’ll support, inform, and challenge you, but ultimately, it’s up to you to put in the effort. The more time and energy you invest, the better your results can be. How many kilograms and centimeters you lose will depend on your starting weight and how consistently you stick to the challenge and your calorie target. On average, people tend to lose about 0.5 kg per week.

Do I need to practice sports?

You don’t have to do (intense) sports to get results. We believe that making the right food choices comes first. However, the more active you are, the easier it will be to burn calories. You don’t need to run marathons, but simply moving more throughout the day can make a big difference. It’s more effective to gradually incorporate exercise into your daily routine — whether it’s through household chores, yard work, or even standing up and walking around while using your phone. You could walk to work or school, take the stairs instead of the elevator, or get off the bus a few stops earlier. Every little bit helps!

Can I join the challenge if I have a family?

Of course! Your family likely wants you to be healthy and fit too. They can join you, support you, or get involved in their own way. However, it’s important that you track your own food intake to stay on top of your calorie target. You can easily do this using an app like MyFitnessPal.

Can I combine the challenge with a busy life?

Of course! But it does require dedication and effort. Don’t let your busy life be an excuse—you can still make it happen. To see real results, though, you’ll need to invest time in yourself.

Can I join when I have dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, food allergies)?

Of course! You’re in control of your own lifestyle. You’ll aim to fit your food intake within the guidelines of your nutritional plan. We do recommend learning to make healthy choices. This will make it easier to adjust your lifestyle in a way that sticks for the long term.

Do you provide daily menus?

No, we’ve made the conscious choice not to provide daily menus. Everyone is unique—people have different lifestyles, make different choices, and enjoy different foods. You’ll need to find your own routine and become independent. The risk of only following fixed menus is that it limits your ability to develop your own lifestyle, which is crucial for achieving lasting results. We’re here to support you in making the right choices, so you can learn to manage your food intake. The idea behind this approach is captured in the saying: “Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he will eat for a lifetime.”

Do I need a Facebook account?

Yes, you will need a Facebook account. Throughout the challenge, we’ll communicate with you via a closed Facebook group, which is a great way to stay connected with your peers. If you don’t have an account yet, please create one before the challenge begins.

Do I need to send in a before-and-after photo to join the challenge?

No, sending in photos is not mandatory. However, we do recommend taking photographs. We’ve seen many transformations, and most people wish they had taken "before" pictures. Additionally, by submitting photos and/or writing a testimonial, you can have the chance to win prizes!
