Our team is made up of passionate individuals with backgrounds in nutrition, exercise science, anthropology, and a people-focused approach. Most importantly, we’ve faced the same challenges you do, and we truly believe in learning by doing!

Marion - Lead Nutritionist
"My name is Marion and I am a graduate of nutrition and dietetics. I am passionate about healthy nutrition, lifestyle and community empowerment. I'm a firm believer in self-improvement whereby empowerment should be focused on the focal point. It should start with oneself, then it's easier to expand to other areas of life and other people. I believe that walking is the most underrated yet most effective means of healthy lifestyle improvement. It impacts the physical aspect of life in more ways than one. One important fact is that your genes may be your gun, but your lifestyle is the trigger to everything else."

Sandra - Founder & Inspirator
"My name is Sandra. I am from The Netherlands and love good food, sports and travelling. In my travels I have seen that being overweight is becoming a problem for many people in many countries. People all over the world are changing their eating habits and exercise less. Too many people are eating unhealthy food and move around less. I myself have experienced this in my personal life too. At one point I became really unhappy with my body. Something needed to change. I became interested in a more healthy lifestyle. I have been following trends on healthy living for a long time and decided it was time to share my knowledge and experience with others in order to inspire people to make better choices and change their eating habits."

Hi, I’m Floor. I’ve struggled with an eating disorder and developing healthy eating habits for years. I tried everything—intense workouts, keto, intermittent fasting, you name it. While they gave quick results, they didn’t last because they weren’t sustainable. Everything changed when I joined the 'Simply' community. By walking more, improving my eating habits, and connecting with like-minded people, I lost over 9 kilos in 5 months. Now, I have more energy and feel better than ever, all by keeping it simple. As an experienced practitioner, my goal is to help others find that same simple, sustainable approach to health so they can feel their best too.
